I had a great time in Pacifica with a friend of mine from Costco. We decided to go to a car show at Oceana High School Pacifica. For me personally I had a wonderful time I hope you enjoy these photos.
Had a nice visit to the Steinhart Aquarium the other day. It was like a vacation for my parents, and for me, to just spend a few hours not thinking of illness or obligations. Hadn't been there in years. A shout out to Linda V. Thank you so much for giving my mom those tickets....it meant a lot to our family.
Also....a thank you to the Steinhart Aquarium for providing such knowledge to all those who enter the building.
A friend of mine and I decided to go to Lake Tahoe to Sierra Ski Resort. I took some photos while my friend was skiing. We had a fantastic time. The weather was beautiful, and the staff was more than accommodating. We got to meet a lot of interesting people. I recommend anybody who likes skiing or snowboarding to come up and visit Sierra. Wonderful ski resort, you won’t be sorry.
So for my BIG 30th my parents surprised me with an overnight trip. They know I love nature and I hope to one day have an Airstream. They found AutoCamp, an Airstream Hotel chain. There are three locations, Greenville, Santa Barbara and soon Yosemite (Scheduled to open in March). We drove up, stopped for lunch in Petaluma, and then straight to AutoCamp. I was really surprised. Great place, they have 23 airstreams and we were right by the creek. It was beautiful and peaceful. It was raining that whole day, but it was still nice. They had a mutual clubhouse with fire pit (one inside, one outside) and they had games, books and complimentary Hot Cocoa and Hot Cider. We ate my birthday dinner at a great little restaurant, Boon Eat + Drink. If you ever find yourself up that way, stop there, great service and great food, right on Main Street. The next morning we headed for Armstrong State Park, it's like Muir Woods on steroids. Stopped in Duncans Mills for lunch at Cape Fear, coffee at Gold Coast Coffee and Bakery, then on to Jenner to see where the Russian River meets the Ocean. It was a fun and memorable birthday.
Just want to wish everybody a very special and happy new year 2019!!! Today on January, 3rd my family and I decided to go somewhere peaceful. We visited a couple beaches. Here are some photographs from today. After the sunset we went to Stanford Shopping Center and visited one of our favorite restaurants, P.F. Chang’s. They have great food....I had the Pepper steak and hot tea.....it so was delicious.
